Mindful Mobility & Strength

Service Description

This is a weekly class intended to build strength and increase mobility & fitness for anyone! Through this total body workout, Kelly will guide you on form and build your awareness to prevent injury! Movements can be done with body weight or hand-weights. Class will include 3 parts: 10 min- Warm Up/Mobility Drills 40 min- Strength Training Exercises 15 min- Decompression/Cool down & Stretch Wear tennis shoes & bring water! We have weights available at the studio but if you want a specific weight you may want to bring them.
