Service Description
This is class is intended to build strength and increase mobility & fitness for anyone! Through this total body workout, Kelly will guide you on form and build your awareness to prevent injury! Movements can be done with body weight or hand-weights. Wear tennis shoes & bring water! We have weights available at the studio but if you want a specific weight you may want to bring them. Mondays 4:30-5:10pm | June 9th-July 28th CIRCUIT CLASS 40 min Warm Up/Mobility Drills- 10 min Strength Training Circuit- 25 min Decompression/Cool down- 5 min Wednesdays 9:30-10:30am | June 11th, 18th & 25th; July 9th, 16th & 23rd SUPER SET CLASS 60 min Warm Up/Mobility Drills- 10 min Strength Training Super Sets- 35 min Cool down & Yoga- 15 min Mondays 4:30pm & Wednesdays 9:30am Teacher: Kelly Dougherty
