Service Description

Thursday 8:15-9am High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) classes offer a dynamic and effective workout experience. These sessions alternate between short bursts of intense activity and periods of rest or lower intensity exercise. The benefits of HIIT include improved cardiovascular fitness, increased calorie burn, and enhanced metabolism. It also helps in building strength and endurance while being time-efficient. HIIT workouts are especially beneficial for women in perimenopause or menopause!
