Service Description

Enjoy a new spin on our CORE workout. CORe Mat is a Pilates-inspired workout, done solely on the mat, designed to strengthen the abdominals, back, and pelvic floor while improving stability and flexibility. These sessions utilize a grounded, full-body approach, often incorporating props like bands, balls, and weights to increase resistance and enhance muscular endurance. CORE Mat is suitable to all fitness levels, regardless of age or ability. Benefits: -Increased Stability: Enhances overall balance and core strength. -Long-Term Functionality: Improves flexibility and supports a healthy range of motion. -Improved Posture: Focuses on strengthening the "powerhouse" (core) to support the spine.
