Service Description
Enjoy a new spin on our CORE workout. CORe Mat is a Pilates-inspired workout, done solely on the mat, designed to strengthen the abdominals, back, and pelvic floor while improving stability and flexibility. These sessions utilize a grounded, full-body approach, often incorporating props like bands, balls, and weights to increase resistance and enhance muscular endurance. CORE Mat is suitable to all fitness levels, regardless of age or ability.
