Join us for class on the roof top deck at Three Trails Hotel in Downtown Elkin! Yoga on Main is so excited to collaborate with our Main Street neighbors for this event.
This will be a combination class taught by Amanda Brewer & Kelly Dougherty. Amanda will lead you through a 30-min CoreBARRE class using the railings as the "barre" in order to enjoy the rooftop view. A 30-min flow yoga practice with Kelly will follow, this will be available to all levels and abilities. The last 15-min will include breathwork, a brief meditation & savasana!
Space is limited on the roof, so please book your spot in advance!
Please bring your own mat.
Barre Socks/Yoga Socks are reccomended!
