About the event
Enjoy a beautiful hike & yoga practice on wolf rock at the summit of Stone Mountain. Hike will be moderate* from the Backpacking Lot to the on a switchback trail up to Wolf Rock. We will have yoga class on the rock just before sunset! Pack a towel or mat, but please pack with the hike in mind. Carrying a heavy mat without straps is not ideal! Yoga class will be appropriate for all levels, no yoga experience necessary! This hike will be challenging if you are not comforatable hiking for 45min-1 hour straight. The climb is on switchback trails but will be a steady incline for the whole way up!
*If you are not used to hiking or that level of physical activity please consider our Homestead Hike on Friday 5/31 at 9AM.
