Service Description

Mondays 8-8:45am Upper Body Mondays 4:15-5pm Total Body Wednesdays 9-10am Lower Body Thursdays 8-8:45am High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Our strength training class will focus on building muscle and improving overall fitness using dumbbells, kettlebells and resistance bands. We will target all major muscle groups using a variety of exercises. Whether you're a beginner or more advanced, modifications will be provided to ensure an effective workout for every fitness level. Get ready for a workout that challenges your muscles while boosting metabolism and enhancing your overall strength. Open to anyone Beginners to Advanced! High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) classes offer a dynamic and effective workout experience. These sessions alternate between short bursts of intense activity and periods of rest or lower intensity exercise. The benefits of HIIT include improved cardiovascular fitness, increased calorie burn, and enhanced metabolism. It also helps in building strength and endurance while being time-efficient. HIIT workouts are especially beneficial for women in perimenopause or menopause!
