Tuesdays: 8-9am Teacher: Larry Pardun
The class will include… instruction on proper body stance, alignment; katas and learning new movements; as well as a brief cool down. There will always be time for questions or review of the movements from class. This practice will improve your balance and body alignment and establish a balanced flow and energy. This class is low impact and appropriate for any experience level.
