Strength Training with Kim

-Mondays (Lower) 7:30-8:15am -Wednesdays (Total) 9:00-10:00am -Thursdays (Upper) 8-8:45am


Service Description

Our strength training class will focus on building muscle and improving overall fitness using dumbbells, kettlebells and resistance bands. We will target all major muscle groups using a variety of exercises. Whether you're a beginner or more advanced, modifications will be provided to ensure an effective workout for every fitness level. Get ready for a workout that challenges your muscles while boosting metabolism and enhancing your overall strength. From Jan 12th-March 6th 2026, we will be adding in Monday & Thursday morning classes as part of am 8-week Fresh Start Challenge Monday will focus on Lower Body Exercises & Thursday will focus on Upper Body Exercises! Wednesday will still be a total body workout. You can add in Kelly's Mindful Mobility & Strength class on Fridays at 9:30am to get in strength training 4X/week!
