Mondays 8:15-9am Upper Body Wednesdays 9-10am Lower Body Our strength training class will focus on building muscle and improving overall fitness using dumbbells, kettlebells and resistance bands. We will target all major muscle groups using a variety of exercises. Whether you're a beginner or more advanced, modifications will be provided to ensure an effective workout for every fitness level. Get ready for a workout that challenges your muscles while boosting metabolism and enhancing your overall strength. Open to anyone Beginners to Advanced!
