Service Description

This is an all levels class, that includes centering, asana postures, and relaxation. Hatha Yoga practice may be used by anyone as a way to increase fitness, improve health, attain or restore greater balance and connectedness of mind-body-spirit, and develop mental focus and discipline. This is a great class for beginners as it builds strength and foundational awareness in the postures. For experienced students this class gives them an opportunity to build stamina and endurance in longer holds, and challenge themselves!
