Barre on the Mat

Service Description

Participants will develop body awareness thought smart movement on the floor. This class offers the same graceful and energy generating barre workout from the mat, followed by core-focused strengthening exercises based in Pilates. The class not only burns fat but also produces an effective and safe way to beautifully lengthen & strengthen the entire body. suitable to all fitness levels, regardless of age or ability.
