Service Description

At the studio, we aim to offer a variety of classes to cater to the diverse needs of our students. Our Yoga for Menopause class is specifically designed to support women going through this natural transition in life. This class focuses on gentle, restorative poses, breath-work, and meditation to help manage symptoms such as hot flashes, mood swings, and anxiety. Erin Shiner provides a supportive and nurturing environment for women to connect with their bodies and find relief during this time of change. Whether you are experiencing menopause or simply looking to support someone who is, this class offers a safe and inclusive space to explore movement and mindfulness. Join us for a class that honors and supports the unique needs of women during menopause.
