Yoga, mindfulness & relaxation are extremely beneficial for you and your baby. These practices can enhance the connection between you and your baby. And can even help you be more prepared for the birth of your baby and beyond. This class will include yoga, movement & breath-work, All are welcome at any stage of pregnancy!
