Mindful Movement: Strength Training

Service Description

This is an 8-week series intended to build strength and increase fitness for anyone! Through this total body strength workout Kelly will guide you on form and build your awareness to prevent injury! Movements can be done with body weight or handweights. Each week you will get a print out of the workout to take with you. You will notice the best results of increased strength, over the 8 weeks if you complete the workouts independently as well! Wear tennis shoes & bring water! We have weights available at the studio but if you want a specific weight you may want to bring them. Stay for Beginners Yoga to wind down after!
