Qigong is a branch of Chinese Medicine like acupuncture, herbs and moxibustion. It's considered a movement meditation that has been around for several thousands of years. Qigong is appropriate for all ages and conditions and can be practiced standing or seated. In this workshop, we'll focus on simple, basic postures to regulate body, mind and spirit through movement, sound and intention. You'll also learn some of the basic concepts of Chinese Medicine.
