Celebration of the Light

Service Description

Join Sheila Lehman as we celebrate the emergence of the light and welcome in the New Year. We will move through 75 minutes of breath work and various Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar), both traditional and non-traditional. All levels welcome, beginner novice to advanced…move at the pace that feels good in your body. Class card or drop-in rate ($12)
