Here at Yoga on Main we offer many styles and levels of classes for wherever you are in your yoga journey. Our studio is open and accepting to any and everyone! Our teachers are skilled and compassionate and the warm welcome that we offer provides a perfect place to begin your yoga journey for newcomers, or a place to deepen your practice for those familiar with the great benefits of yoga.
A yoga practice introduces the principles of contentment, balance, flexibility, core strength, skillful action, and loving kindness for everyone that steps on to their yoga mat, so that we can bring those practices into our lives and community.

Whether you are a total beginner or a seasoned meditator, an 8-week meditation series will explore various aspects of meditation and how it relates to the exploration of ourselves. You’ll receive instruction in and will experience several different types of meditation. Find one that works for you!
